Josi Garcia has been a BCBA since 2007 and has a Masters in Education (MEd) in Special Education with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). She has 14 years of experience working with children and adolescents on the Autism Spectrum and the adults that support them both in home and in the educational setting. She also spent 3 years gaining experience in a children's psychiatric facility working with children and individuals with Borderline Personality Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD/ADHD), and Reactive Attachment Disorder (RAD). She enjoys teaching Behavior courses at Lehigh Carbon Community College and is committed to furthering general knowledge about how the science of behavior can improve daily living. Her profession requires 20-30 hours of continuing education courses annually including Ethics in the field of Special Education, Verbal Behavior, Social Thinking, Functional Analysis, and Data collection and analysis.
In her free time she enjoys running, gardening, enjoying good food around the table with good friends, and hiking with her husband and two children.

Bethany is a trained and experienced general and special education teacher with a heart for helping families navigate the academic world with confidence. She has 13 years of experience teaching, tutoring, and mentoring youth of all ages. Her bachelor’s degree is in Inclusive Childhood Education and her master’s is in Elementary Education with a Reading and Literacy concentration. Bethany’s experience includes working with children of varying learning abilities and partnering with general and special education teachers to promote the inclusion model in school settings. She has written and implemented IEPs and worked with families and professionals to promote the best learning environment for students' needs. She is passionate about utilizing best practices and a child’s unique strengths to help every student excel in learning.
Bethany is the mother of three and loves watching and participating in her own children’s experience of growing as learners. After living in Western NY, Atlanta, and the greater DC area, Bethany and her husband have fallen in love with the Lehigh Valley and its four seasons. She especially enjoys all that the Valley has to offer with her love for gardening, running, and community involvement.

Jen, BS, COTA/L is a graduate of DeSales University where she received her Bachelors degree in Psychology and Lehigh Carbon Community College, where she received her Associates degree as an Occupational Therapy Assistant. Jen specializes in Pediatrics and has over 19 years of experience helping individuals with Autism, Emotional Disturbance and Intellectual Disability.
Jen started as an in-home support specialist helping children and adults with disabilities and as a teacher’s assistant in an Autistic support classroom. Then after graduating from LCCC in 2005 Jen spent the first 9 years of her therapy career working in the schools and the past 5 years working at a local Outpatient Pediatric clinic specializing in sensory integration. Jen is certified in Interactive Metronome (home & clinic), Therapeutic Listening, Integrated Listening Systems, The Safe and Sound Protocol and is a Certified DIR Basic Floortime Practitioner.
Jen lives in Quakertown with her husband Ryan, their two children and their dog Sage. In her spare time Jen enjoys volunteering at her son’s preschool, gardening, camping and going on fun adventures with her family.
