PLEASE NOTE: This is pre-registration for your tween or teen. Once your session package is purchased and you’ve completed a pre-registration form, we will send you a link to our client portal for additional information needed so we can appropriately match the individual to a peer and therapist.

Individuals ages 9-17

sessions are 2 hours in length

Packages include 3 sessions

2:1 or small group of teens or tweens with similar affinity, sharing an experience such as paddleboarding, cooking, games, hiking, or yoga, coming together to work through mental health topics such as managing stress and anxiety, building healthy relationships, handling conflicts, and advocating for oneself

Pairings or small groups recommended by Zimzum Therapists
